FAQ's

  1. To avoid any misunderstandings regarding your booking, the following are our terms and conditions. By choosing The Sweet Treat Co for your Candy Buffet, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  2. Any provisional bookings made will be held for 7 working days. A 100 euro deposit will be required to confirm your booking. This deposit acts as part payment for the final balance. Once this deposit is received, in the event of the hirer cancelling their booking, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. All bookings must be paid for, in full, no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of your event – unless otherwise agreed.
  4. A damage deposit ( amount advised at booking ) is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. Once we have collected all displays, undamaged, any damage deposits placed will promptly be refunded in full, providing ALL goods are in the same condition in which they were sent out.
  5. The Sweet Treat Co cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury which occurs while hiring our goods, however caused. To protect ourselves against any 3rd Party Claims, The Sweet Treat Co has obtained Full Public Liability insurance.
